Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers through the loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, compliant with laws.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
