OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Georgia to help customers access affordable financing. You’ll blend empathetic service with strong product knowledge to meet branch goals, while navigating loans through lifecycle stages and compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations, delivering results for branch goals.
• Engage customers with tailored loan solutions throughout the life cycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while staying compliant with laws.
• Communicate with customers across phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
