Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and nurture relationships by presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented in a competitive environment.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
