Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch work is essential; no remote work.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements for State and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payments.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
