World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax returns and financial needs in a fast-paced branch environment.

The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person customer meetings, and accurate record-keeping across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations, with performance-based earnings and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, collections, or account management experience with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business; thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions per policy.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments and documents; maintain accurate records in company systems.
