Job summary

SAFCO is seeking a Loan Processor to join the Funding Department at our Pompano Beach, FL headquarters. You will review and analyze finance contracts, confirm documents meet funding requirements, and conduct verification interviews to ensure accuracy of application information.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong data entry, and proficient use of MS Office. On-site work with a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional telephone skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and accurate data entry skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using web-based programs.
• Ability to learn and apply SAFCO’s program requirements and lending guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing finance contracts submitted for funding.
• Confirming that contracts and supporting documents meet SAFCO’s funding requirements and lending guidelines.
• Conducting customer and other verification interviews to confirm application information.
• Accurately entering and maintaining information across computer systems.
• Communicating professionally to resolve questions and obtain missing information.
