You’ll handle payments, answer questions, and contact past-due accounts with professionalism. This in-person role requires strong math, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Killer communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Cash handling, lending or collections experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain loan options.
• Review applications and verify information.
• Process loans quickly per underwriting guidelines.
• Explain loan contracts and key terms to customers.
• Handle payments and answer questions about due dates, interest, and fees.
• Reach out to past-due accounts with professional calls.
