Dollar Loan Center is seeking a Loan Processor to help customers meet short-term financial needs. You’ll review applications, verify information, and fund loans while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You’ll handle payments, answer questions, and contact past-due accounts with professionalism. This in-person role requires strong math, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Killer communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Cash handling, lending or collections experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities
