True Financial is a fast-growing mortgage lender offering a ground-floor opportunity with a high-energy, startup feel. You will focus solely on closing deals, not hunting for business, as an experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for our Headquarters in Southfield.

Live leads are transferred directly to your desk daily by a dedicated appointment-setter team. This full-time, inside sales role offers warm live transfers, prescreened leads, and flexible pay plans with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided – Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
