OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing. You will engage with customers through in-person and digital channels, steering them through the loan lifecycle and presenting tailored solutions based on individual needs.

On-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and possible extended hours including Saturdays. The role offers professional development and advancement within a dynamic, supportive environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while staying compliant.
