Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga, a leading litigation firm in Atlanta, seeks a litigation paralegal to support our team with day-to-day case management and trial preparation. You will handle clerical tasks, manage calendars, coordinate depositions, and assist with filings and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation/paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-filing systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation or paralegal experience preferred.
• Personal Injury Litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the discovery process is preferred.
• Experience e-filing in state court is preferred; willingness to learn is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties in support of litigation matters.
• Maintain attorney calendars and help track deadlines and upcoming case events.
• Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, mediations, meetings, and hearings.
• Manage documents using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and FileVine.
• E-file legal documents through the State E-Portal System; assist with other filings as needed.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and conferences.
• Draft basic court documents and litigation materials such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas under attorney direction.
