Job summary

The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga PA in Houston, TX seeks a Litigation Paralegal to work directly with attorneys, support case management, and prepare for trial as needed. You will conduct fact-finding and maintain case files throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities include scheduling depositions and hearings, drafting pleadings and subpoenas, and coordinating communications with clients. Strong secretarial and data-entry skills plus familiarity with Microsoft Office and E-Portal

Qualifications

• Experience in secretarial, clerical or data-entry support is helpful.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal document management and E-Portal filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties.
• Maintain attorney’s calendar and schedule depositions, pre-depositions, meetings, meditations, hearings.
• Document management using Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe; e-file documents in Texas E-Portal; assist in trial preparation.
