Qualifications

• Prior litigation paralegal experience required.
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, and simple motions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases.
• Bilingual English and Russian skills strongly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery responses, and simple motions.
• Prepare and organize legal documents, exhibits, and case files.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, court filings, and trial preparation.
• Track court dates, deadlines, and case developments.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files.
• Provide general litigation support to attorneys as needed.
