The role is full-time and in-office, with compensation ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience. Bilingual English and Russian skills are strongly preferred, and familiarity with personal injury litigation is

• Prior litigation paralegal experience required.
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, and simple motions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases.
• Bilingual English and Russian skills strongly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Prepare and organize legal documents, exhibits, and case files
