Job summary

Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in Charlotte seeks a litigation-attuned attorney to join our team and manage your own caseload under the guidance of prominent attorneys. You will gain courtroom exposure and meaningful client interaction while developing your litigation skills.

• Active NC and SC Bar Licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience managing a large caseload preferred.
• Some experience in Litigation preferred but not required.
• Charlotte based preferred; hybrid work options after onboarding.
• Must be able to travel to courts across NC and SC frequently.

Responsibilities

• In court for hearings, depositions, or trial activities.
• Depose witnesses and defend depositions.
• Negotiate cases and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate with support staff to manage case details.

Requirements
