Job summary

The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in Charlotte seeks a motivated litigation attorney to join our team. You’ll manage your own caseload with mentorship from senior attorneys in a supportive, high-profile environment.

No two days are the same: you may be in court, depose witnesses, negotiate cases, or meet clients, with a path toward partnership and competitive benefits including paid family leave and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active NC & SC Bar Licensure
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 2-5 years experience managing a large caseload preferred
• Some experience in Litigation preferred but not required
• Charlotte-based preferred; Hybrid work options after onboarding
• Must be able to travel to courts across NC and SC frequently

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with mentorship from senior attorneys
• Appear in court for hearings and depositions, negotiate cases
• Collaborate with the team to advocate for clients and drive outcomes
