Job summary

The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin is seeking ambitious attorneys to join our nationally recognized plaintiff firm in North Carolina. You'll manage your own caseload with mentorship from experienced trial lawyers and have opportunities to appear in court and depose witnesses.

We value strong character, bilingual English/Spanish candidates, NC/SC bar licensure, and a willingness to travel across NC and SC. Hybrid work options are available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in NC and SC.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• 2–5 years of experience managing a large caseload preferred.
• Some litigation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with mentorship from senior attorneys.
• Appear in court and conduct depositions as needed.
• Provide zealous advocacy and diligent client communication.

Requirements:

• NC & SC Bar Licensure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 2 - 5 years of experience managing a large caseload is preferred
• Some experience in Litigation is preferred but not required
• Charlotte based preferred. Hybrid work options after successful onboarding.
• Must be able to travel to courts across NC and SC frequently.
