Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Florida bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, trial, and resolution.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, oral arguments, and trials.
• Develop case strategies grounded in factual investigation and client objectives.
• Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research to assess claims, defenses, and procedural issues.
• Prepare clients, witnesses, exhibits, and evidence for hearings and trial.
• Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to requests, reviewing documents, and depositions.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients about legal matters.
• Evaluate settlement opportunities and participate in negotiations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while meeting deadlines and upholding ethics.
