Confidential Employer in Dallas, TX is seeking an attorney to prepare for and conduct depositions in complex civil litigation matters, manage written discovery, and support litigation strategy within a collaborative team.

Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor and active license, have 1+ year civil litigation experience, be fluent in Spanish and English, and be comfortable handling deposition-heavy duties. Salary is $125,000 to $150,000 per year with on-site or hybrid arrangements.

Formación

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active attorney license.
• Willingness to handle substantial deposition and discovery responsibilities.
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Plaintiffs' litigation, personal injury, product liability, or toxic tort experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for and conduct depositions in complex civil litigation matters.
• Manage written discovery, including drafting requests, preparing responses, and reviewing documents.
• Research legal issues, analyze evidence, and support litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals to build compelling cases.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients throughout the litigation process.
• Assist with motions, case preparation, and other important aspects of litigation.
