Job summary

Rubenstein Law is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals throughout the litigation lifecycle. You will organize case files, coordinate legal proceedings, and secure medical and legal documentation, while preparing materials for depositions, mediations, and trials.

The role requires strong organization, bilingual communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
• Experience delivering strong customer service in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• At least one year of office experience, preferably with personal injury caseloads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Capable of accommodating last-minute case requests and changes.

Responsibilities

• Request all litigation documents: medical records, liens, bills, radiology findings, etc.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding discovery and case updates.
• Assist attorneys with discovery translation and interpretation.
• E-file completed discovery in the portal.
• Assist with trial preparations and deposition materials.
• Support various attorneys and paralegals with case-related tasks.
