Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to support our trial team in the Dadeland area. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong organizational and research skills, and bilingual English/Spanish.

You will schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, manage discovery, and maintain case documents while communicating with clients and witnesses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a litigation paralegal role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Fast-paced and team-oriented; able to work under pressure.
• Experience scheduling hearings, depositions, and mediations; handling discovery.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and court systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including notices of hearings and depositions.
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review.
• Conduct legal research and investigation.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Communicate with clients and witnesses.
• Maintain and update documentation.
• Assist with discovery requests.
