Swipejobs is seeking an experienced bilingual Recruiter for our Cypress, TX location to source and place candidates in light industrial roles. You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, and client-facing staffing solutions across shifts to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

The role requires strong communication, time management and a proactive approach to building a digital candidate pool, crafting job ads, and maintaining accurate employment records.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment in light industrial positions.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• High School Education or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Customer Service or Staffing preferred.
• Social Media Savvy.
• Strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire employees for customers across multiple shifts.
• Create and manage a digital pool of qualified candidates for hiring through the digital marketplace.
• Create job board ads and social media posts.
• Review digital marketplace dashboard analytics and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate electronic records for all employees and payroll processing.
• Coordinate and complete payroll, invoicing, and time records with payroll team.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Conduct client-specific orientations and safety walkthroughs per shift.
