Swipejobs in Cypress, TX is seeking a motivated Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates across manufacturing, warehouse, light industrial, and admin roles. This position is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in a fast-paced staffing environment.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build a strong candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and hit daily and weekly KPIs using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.

Competenze

• 1+ year of recruiting or staffing industry experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting phone screenings.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced staffing team in Cypress, TX.
