Responsibilities include market analysis, client communications in English and Spanish, negotiating offers, coordinating showings, and building a strong local network.

Qualifications

• Active NC real estate license required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication (written + spoken).
• Minimum 2 years licensed real estate experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fayetteville and local market.
• Able to work independently and in a team with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to provide clients with current property values and trends.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses for buyers.
• Build and maintain a robust network of lenders, inspectors, and contractors.
• Stay informed on local real estate laws and regulations.
