Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Licensed Optician and Assistant Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish to oversee daily store operations and drive sales. You will manage personnel, inventories, and quality customer service while coaching the team and ensuring policy adherence.

The role requires ABO/NCLE certification and an optical license, with a focus on achieving profit goals and maintaining brand standards in a busy California location.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish required.
• Experience leading store teams and coaching associates.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and store metrics.
• ABO and NCLE certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including personnel management and inventory control.
• Drive profit, sales and performance goals while monitoring costs and budgets.
• Ensure effective merchandising, pricing, promotions, and brand standards.
• Supervise Opticians and sales staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, recruiting, and training.
