You will quote and bind coverage, maintain relationships with clients, and grow your book of business. The position includes a structured two-month training, bilingual English/Spanish requirements, and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License in Michigan.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven success in sales or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player who takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on customer needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth.
