This role is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty professional fluent in English and Spanish, who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most and growing a book of business. A structured two-month training program, milestone-based earnings, and a path to profit-sharing are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented, proactive team player.
• Opportunity to earn $5,000 per month during training.
• Potential to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually with commissions.
• $7,500 Employment Success Bonus paid in the first year.
• Opportunity to become a Profit-Sharing Partner after the first year.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions.
• Generate accurate quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Develop knowledge of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Engage with the local community to support agency growth and retention.
