Job summary

L.A. Insurance seeks a bilingual Spanish-speaking licensed insurance agent to join our Michigan team. The ideal candidate is a licensed Property & Casualty professional fluent in English and Spanish who enjoys building client relationships.

You will quote, bind, and service auto policies while delivering outstanding customer service. A two-month training covers product knowledge, systems, and hands-on support with leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty professional fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience or client-facing background welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
