L.A. Insurance in Byron Township, Michigan is seeking a motivated bilingual insurance agent fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. You will quote, bind, and service auto and property insurance while delivering outstanding customer service and growing your book of business in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will receive two-month training with support from leadership, a guaranteed training income, and a clear path toward commissions and long-term career growth within the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License in the State of Michigan.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Proven success in sales or experience in a client facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A goal-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
