Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of responsible clerical experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review license applications and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Issue license plates, driver's licenses, stickers, and other documents.
• Assist customers with applications and explain required documents and signatures.
• Receive and record licensing fees and handle cash accurately.
• Process transactions using computer systems and run daily activity reports.
• Review, sort, and file application paperwork and records.
• Answer calls, assist customers, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Follow procedures from supervisors and senior staff.
