Zinda Law Group seeks a Referral Specialist to coordinate incoming referrals and refer cases out. You will manage communication, intake, and documentation across Marketing, Intake, Attorney Teams, Finance, and Referral Partners.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, paralegal certification, and 2+ years in PI or medical malpractice referrals. Remote work options are available with national coverage.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Paralegal degree, training, or certification (ABA approved).
• Two years of personal injury or medical malpractice law firm experience in referrals or coordination.
• Clear, professional communication with attorneys, referral partners, clients.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through; able to manage high volume.
• Familiarity with practice management/CRM systems and document handling.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate incoming attorney referrals, verify details, and track status.
• Gather intake information, case summaries, and deadlines; coordinate conflict checks.
• Manage outgoing referrals, secure client consent, and transfer them to the accepting firm.
• Monitor ongoing cases and collect updates, documents, and deadlines.
