Zinda Law Group seeks a motivated Referral Specialist to coordinate incoming attorney referrals and route cases to approved firms. You will manage communication, documentation, and follow-up in collaboration with Marketing, Intake, Attorney Teams, Finance, and Referral Partners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication is required.
• Paralegal degree, training or ABA-approved certification.
• 2 years of personal injury or medical malpractice referral experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attorneys, clients and referral partners.
• Ability to manage high-volume matters, meet deadlines, and escalate when needed.
• Familiarity with practice management or CRM tools and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming attorney referrals: verify information, collect intake details, and monitor deadlines.
• Manage outgoing referrals: prepare case summaries, obtain client consent, and route to firms.
• Monitor ongoing referred-out matters and update status quarterly.
• Maintain and update referral partner information by state and practice area.
• Produce routine reports on referrals, fees, costs, and outcomes.
