Job summary

Zinda Law Group is seeking a Referral Specialist to coordinate incoming attorney referrals and refer cases out. You will work with Marketing, Intake, Attorney Teams, Finance, and Referral Partners to ensure accurate intake, timely follow-ups, and compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates bring bilingual English/Spanish skills, a paralegal background, and at least two years' experience in referrals or case coordination.

Qualifications

• Two years of personal injury or medical malpractice referrals experience.
• ABA-approved paralegal degree or certification.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and follow‑through.
• Professional communication with attorneys and clients.
• Proficiency with practice management or CRM systems.
• Ability to learn the firm’s systems and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Receive, acknowledge, and track incoming referrals with verification.
• Gather intake info, case summaries, and deadlines; coordinate conflict checks.
• Follow referrals through acceptance, decline, or transfer; coordinate timely handoffs.
• Obtain approved referral agreements and fee arrangements; record terms.
