Job summary
The Law Offices Of Kanner And Pintaluga in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Legal Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals in civil litigation.
You will manage medical records, bills, liens, prepare documents, draft court filings, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel; e-file in state portals and coordinate client transportation. Requires a high school diploma; legal experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for client communication.
- Legal terminology familiarity and ability to draft documents.
- Experience handling litigation support and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and paralegals on civil litigation matters.
- Obtain medical records, bills, liens, and PIP logs, and prepare notebooks.
- Draft legal documents for attorney review and file court papers.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel; coordinate transports.
- E-file documents and maintain case management records.
- Maintain attorney calendar and assist with depositions and trials.
