AMH in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Leasing Specialist to be the first contact for prospective and current tenants. You will streamline lease transactions and manage communications with customers, ensuring accurate CRM records and timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years in sales or customer service, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; real estate license is not required but may be desired.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual a plus; Real estate license not required but may be desired.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving and analytical skills; strong relationship management and organization.

• Evaluate customer requirements, guide them through property tours, and liaise with leasing agents.
• Ensure all interactions are recorded in our CRM system.
• Coordinate sending of documentation to new residents.
• Assist in the application process by collaborating with underwriting and lease writing teams and adhering to company policies.
