Job summary

AION Management in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Associate to maximize occupancy by guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining curb appeal at the property.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English and Spanish, can work weekends, holds a high school diploma (college preferred), and has a valid driver's license. If located in PA or NJ, a real estate license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
