The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, thorough knowledge of property management systems, and the ability to close leases in a fast-paced setting. Great teamwork and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background/credit checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages; ensure units are ready.
• Respond to resident service requests with exceptional service.
• Maintain an organized leasing office and tour-ready common areas.
• Use property management software (OneSite or MRI) to track traffic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and match applicants to homes.
• Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and complete background/credit checks.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages; inspect units before move-in.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Keep the leasing office organized and the community inviting.
• Track occupancy data using OneSite or similar software.
