Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. You’ll greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and match tenants with ideal homes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include handling the sales process, coordinating move-ins, processing applications and background checks, and delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience is required.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, MRI) and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leasing focus.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and match homes.
• Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background/credit checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments, ensure move-in readiness.
• Respond to resident service requests and inquiries, provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure common areas are tour-ready.
• Use property management software to track leasing traffic and manage availability.
