AION Management LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Associate (English/Spanish) to maximize occupancy by guiding prospective residents through tours, applications, and move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will conduct leasing activities, support on-site marketing, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requires a high school diploma; English fluency; a valid driver’s license; and weekend

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours, and coordinating move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing strategies and participate in community outreach.
• Maintain leasing office standards and data entry into Real Page/OneSite.
• Support renewal tracking and notices to vacate; manage fees and deposits.
