Job summary

AION is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Associate (English/Spanish) to join our Richmond, VA property team. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins.

The role requires excellent English communication, ability to walk apartments, lift up to 20 pounds, weekend availability, and a real estate license within 120 days if located in PA/NJ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• In Pennsylvania or New Jersey, must obtain a real estate license within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours, and coordinating move-ins.
• Recommend on-site marketing activity and maintain scores above 85%.
• Develop referral programs for move-in packets and resident retention.
• Initiate sales outreach and coordinate communications with internal/external teams.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and monitor leasing office standards.
