Avenue5 Residential is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant in Phoenix to coordinate all apartment leasing activities, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will directly engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention while ensuring quality service and a welcoming property environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of sales or leasing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities for apartments, move-ins and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, show apartments, prepare lease documents and move-in packets.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing records in the system.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and friendly for guests.
• Process renewal paperwork and communicate with residents monthly.
