Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish to aid the portfolio demographic.
• Must have multi family leasing and/or sales experience to be qualified.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Conduct community tours and present apartment homes.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests.
