Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous property management experience in leasing or sales is required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.

• Tour and showcase move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
