You will help with day-to-day marketing and leasing operations, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and conduct move-ins with a focus on exceptional customer service. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Professional to join our team at Parkside Landing Apartments in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day marketing and leasing operation, including generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents, completing move-in procedures, and providing exceptionally friendly customer service.

This position is currently eligible for leasing bonuses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and establish rapport with prospective residents and visitors.
• Lease apartment homes, assist with applications, collect deposits/fees, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing practices.
