AMLI Management Company is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations, lead a small team, and deliver an exceptional resident experience across properties. You will develop leasing and marketing programs, supervise at least three Leasing Consultants, and drive traffic, show units, and close leases through multiple channels.

The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, leadership, and a focus on occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• MUST BE ENGLISH-SPANISH BILINGUAL
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
