Avenue5 Residential is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals, while interacting with residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, occupancy targets, and accurate record-keeping. Qualifications include a high school diploma and prior leasing or sales experience preferred; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate with all levels of management.
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to relay technical concerns with adequate detail, quickly and accurately.
• Must read, write, understand, and converse in English.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records of traffic activity.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail, or email and convert phone traffic into tours.
