Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process. You will conduct tours, process applications, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate resident records.

Applicants should have strong customer service, excellent communication, and knowledge of property management software such as OneSite, Knock or BlueMoon. Spanish language is a plus and a team-oriented attitude is essential.

Competenze

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
