Axiom Properties, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant for the Madison, WI area. The role combines sales, relationship-building and apartment leasing to create a positive resident experience.

The position pays $18-$24 per hour plus commission and offers opportunities to grow within a growing community. As the first impression for future residents, you’ll conduct tours, guide prospects through the leasing process, respond to inquiries in person, by phone, email or text, and help convert

Formación

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred).
• Experience in apartment leasing, property management, or related fields.
• Understanding of lease agreements and fair housing practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing environment.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase amenities.
• Guide prospects through leasing process from contact to move-in.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and follow up.
• Manage resident retention and lease renewals.
• Support marketing initiatives and events.
• Keep model apartments tour-ready.
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences.
