Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Knowledge of leasing cycles, prospect management, and renewals.
• Experience with property management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities.
• Convert inquiries into signed leases with effective follow-up.
• Respond to leads from phone, email, portals, and walk-ins.
• Maintain prospect and resident records in management software and CRM.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure policy compliance.
• Support marketing, social media, and local events.
• Monitor market trends and identify leasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure readiness.
