Leasing Consultant Role

The Leasing Consultant manages leasing, marketing, and resident relations of a property.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Property leasing and administration, including showing units, signing leases, and conducting tours.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and contribute to property upkeep.
• Support marketing outreach and market analysis efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regular movement, communication, and repetitive motions.
• Occasional climbing, lifting up to 25 lbs., and working in various environments and conditions.

Additional Information

Compensation is based on experience and includes benefits such as health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays. Salary range: $21/hour.
